Anishinaabe Pimadiziwin Inc. advocates for culturally specific services to aid and maintain family wellness and the wellness of the child.
Our organization offers services to aid in this goal as Elder Services and Land-Based Programs. These services are available to all clients, families, and children with a referral.
Elder Services
Our organization recognizes both Traditional and Christian resources to aid in family and child wellness. Elders may provide counselling and debriefing services as well as traditional programming to aid the individual and family.
Land-Based Programming
In recognition of creating culturally appropriate well-being for the Anishinaabe family and child, our organization offers Land Based programming which aims to teach traditional skill such as gardening, harvesting, hunting and more traditional skills. Please contact your local office for information about current available programming.
