Our staff came together in orange to recognize Orange Shirt Day and affirm that Every Child Matters.
September 30th, Orange Shirt Day, is a time to honour Survivors of Residential Schools, remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the lasting impacts the Residential School system continues to have on Indigenous families and communities.
For Anishinaabe Pimadiziwin Inc., wearing orange is more than symbolic. It is a reminder of our responsibility to support children, families, Survivors, and future generations with care, respect, and a commitment to healing.
